These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Talkimals app. By downloading or using Talkimals, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, where the app is used by a child, as the child's parent or legal guardian.
Using the app
- Talkimals is intended for children with a parent or guardian's involvement.
- You agree to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes and not to misuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt it.
- The app's content, characters, artwork, and software are owned by Talkimals and are protected by intellectual-property laws.
Talkimals+ subscription
Talkimals offers an auto-renewable subscription, Talkimals+, which unlocks all animals, all worlds, all voices, and removes ads. It is available in three options:
- Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly — the price and billing period are shown in the app before you buy, in your local currency.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Any unused portion of a free trial (if offered) is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Purchases and refunds
All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. Refund requests are handled by Apple.
This app is also licensed under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
Disclaimer
Talkimals is provided "as is" for entertainment and educational play. The animal characters generate responses using on-device AI and may occasionally be inaccurate; they are not a substitute for professional, medical, or educational advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the app.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the app evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
